Please note that the delivery times listed on the DHL website are estimates only and are not guaranteed; your package may arrive later than expected.
Services & Estimates
Most orders placed and paid for before 8:00 AM PDT Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM PDT are usually shipped the following business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed while we are closed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
After that, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. The delivery times listed below for standard shipping, free shipping, and all international options are estimates and are not guaranteed; sometimes mail is slower during peak periods like holidays, may be delayed due to bad weather (especially in winter), and international packages may be delayed due to customs.
Sorry, but we cannot guarantee overnight delivery, and we do not ship via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship to countries other than the United States, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Brazil, India, China, Singapore, the United Kingdom (UK), Indonesia, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. The only available shipping options are the ones mentioned above.
Shipping Costs
Orders of $100.00 or more are shipped for free anywhere in the U.S. If you choose the free shipping option during checkout, your order will be shipped using the standard shipping method (or combination of methods).
For all other orders, shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method you choose. You can check shipping costs by adding items to your cart and clicking “checkout” to enter your city, state, country, and postal code.
We also sometimes add signature confirmation to high-value packages. If you place a large order, a signature will likely be required for delivery.
Fees & Import Duties
Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other charges related to importing goods from the U.S. We cannot add these fees to your order at checkout because regulations change frequently and fees are determined when the goods enter the destination country. We strongly encourage you to contact the relevant customs offices in your country before ordering to determine if you will be responsible for any import fees.
Tracking
Orders are shipped via DHL or another available method in your country, which then forwards the package to your local postal service for delivery. Tracking numbers work on our website and, typically, also on your country’s postal service website after clearing customs. Local tracking is sometimes more detailed than DHL tracking, so it’s always a good idea to check both.
Returns Policy
General: You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the value of the goods. The 30 days begins when you receive your delivery, and ends when you mail the return. Transit times do not count towards the time limit for returns.
Closeout lots are considered a single product for return purposes. In order to get a refund on one, you must return the entire closeout lot.
Please note that shipping is not refundable. You do not need to contact us before sending your return.

Returns: All items must be in their original, unopened packaging and clearly unused in order to be eligible for a return. If an item is returned to us opened, used, or late, we will not accept the return and the item will only be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Exchanges: We do not do exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund, and place a new, separate order for what you’d like to replace it with.
Incorrect/Damaged Items: In cases of incorrect (for example, the wrong color or size) or damaged items, we offer the option of either a replacement with the correct item, store credit, or a refund. Please do not use the product, especially if it’s damaged, as we will need you to return it.
Refunds: We issue refunds immediately after we process returns, but it may take anywhere from a few hours to 3-10 business days for the refund to begin showing in your account.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your customer’s order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer;
- Your customer’s order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
